How to know if a note or a special request has been added to an appointment?

Easily access a note or special request from a customer.

You can now, at a glance, find out if a customer added a special request while booking his/her appointment, or if you or one of your colleagues added a specific note for that customer.


How?
When a note is added to an appointment, a new icon appears directly on the appointment in the calendar. 

*The icon is the white circle at bottom right of this picture.

*The icon is the same for quick notes and special requests.

⚠️ Anything written in Special request is sent to the client.


All you have to do then is to click on it, to access the note. 

Here are all the options to add a note on a appointment.
