You can propose to your customers to book online appointment to complete over the phone.
The set-up in booxi is very easy. 

1- Connect to booxi account
2- Select service icon
3- Choose a service
4- In location, select by phone or video conference.
You can add some details like the phone number to call or a link to connect to videoconference.

Click on “Save” once the changes have been done.
