To export data about your groups

 (including date, hour, duration, capacity and number of places left), follow these steps:

  1. Sign in your booxi account and go on the Calendar tab,
  2. Then click on the “More options” icon, and select the “Reservation Report” option.
  3. In the field “Export”, select the “Group” option and click on Export.
  4. Then click on the link “Click here to download the report”.
  5. And you’re done. You can now access you CSV file, on Excel or Google Spreadsheet (you can find it at the bottom left of the window).

To export data about your reservations 

(including number of attendees per reservation, name of the class or group…)

  1. Sign in your booxi account and go on the Calendar tab,
  2. Then click on the “More options” icon, and select the “Reservation Report” option.
  3. In the field “Export”, select the “Reservation” option and click on Export.
  4. Then click on the link “Click here to download the report”.
  5. And you’re done. You can now access you CSV file, on Excel or Google Spreadsheet (you can find it at the bottom left of the window).

To export data about attendees 

(including attendees contact informations) follow these steps:

  1. Sign in your booxi account and go on the Calendar tab,
  2. Then click on the “More options” icon, and select the “Reservation Report” option.
  3. In the field “Export”, select the “Attendees” option and click on Export.
  4. Then click on the link “Click here to download the report”.
  5. And you’re done. You can now access you CSV file, on Excel or Google Spreadsheet (you can find it at the bottom left of the window).*Important: In this export, you’ll find some duplicate, because every time a customer attended to a group, his/her name appear.If you need a clean list (with only one mention of every attendees’ name), you just need to filter the section “Reservation ID”. Indeed every attendee has a specific and unique ID”.With this new feature, it’s now easy to create report and manage your reservations!
