Reminder messages are SMS* or emails sent to customers to remember them of the upcoming appointment. It is up to the customer to receive or not the reminder by SMS or email.
⏱ SMS/Email reminders are not sent between 10pm and 6am.
Pour cela :
Go to My Business tab
Then select Appointment Rules
In the section "Reminder Delay", set up the delay you want, and click on Save
For example, if you decide to set up a 24 hour delay; it means that your clients will receive their reminders 24 hours before their appointment.
*SMS option needs to be activated on the account.
