Reminder messages are SMS* or emails sent to customers to remember them of the upcoming appointment. It is up to the customer to receive or not the reminder by SMS or email.

SMS/Email reminders are not sent between 10pm and 6am.

Pour cela :

  1. Go to My Business tab

  2. Then select Appointment Rules

  3. In the section "Reminder Delay", set up the delay you want, and click on Save

For example, if you decide to set up a 24 hour delay; it means that your clients will receive their reminders 24 hours before their appointment.

*SMS option needs to be activated on the account.
