We all know that being a business owner, it’s important to be able to access the day to day schedule easily and manage appointments directly from your mobile device. This is why we have updated our mobile app to make it more user friendly and efficient for our users.

The mobile app will be your go-to tool to easily view and manage your bookings, all from your mobile device. We have kept it simple and made it more user-friendly than the previous version.

The desktop version remains the same and where you can access all functionalities and options.


When you’re using the mobile app, you will have access to:

  • Your Calendar

  • Appointment Form

  • Reservation Form

From the calendar, you will be able to have an event list view, so you can see appointments for the upcoming day or the week. You will also be able to view group sessions with reservations, busy and available time slots, and can perform a calendar search by number, client, name or phone.


In the appointment section you will be able to:

  • Create a new appointment and modify existing ones

  • Create multiple Services

  • Use Video conference links

  • Use booking questions (survey)

  • Modify Client Details

  • Action menu for appointment events


In the reservation section, you will be able to:

  • List reservations for a group session

  • Create a new reservation and modify

  • Provide video conference links

  • Create a Booking Question (survey)

  • Action menu for appointment events
