You created a service category or resource category but you don't need it anymore?
Follow these steps to delete it:
Delete a service category
Connect to your Booxi account
Go to the Service tab
Find the category you want to delete and click on the little pen on the right of the category name
Click on the little folder icon with a bin on it
In the panel, click on Delete and you're done!
⚠️Important
If you want to delete a service category, it can have services assigned. Once you delete it, all the services will be moved to the "Main Services" category.
Delete a resource category
Connect to your Booxi account
Go to the Resource tab
Select the category you want to delete and click on the little pen on the right of the category name
In the panel, click on delete
In the panel, click on Delete and you're done!
⚠️Important
If you want to delete a resource category, it must be empty! You can reassign the resource to a new category or delete it. If there is at least one resource assigned, you will get an error message.
