When creating a staff profile, you can easily set up a preferred language for your staff.

You can update the preferred language at any time, the changes will apply immediately.

To do this, follow these few steps:

  • Go to the Personnel tab

  • Select the staff profile you want to update

  • Go to Personnel Details

  • Scroll down to “Preferred Language”

  • Select the preferred language

  • Click on Save

⚠️Important notice

You need to have a user access right that allows to create/update a staff profile.

The impact of the preferred language

Changing the preferred language will have an impact on all the transactional emails sent to the staff (appointment confirmation, appointment modification or cancellation).
