In Booxi, you can control the language of the communications received by your staff members. This is very important to ensure proper understanding among your personnel.
The preferred language setting affects all the transactional emails sent to the staff (i.e. booking confirmations, modifications or cancellations).

To set/update the preferred language, follow these simple steps:
Go to the "Personnel" tab
Select the staff profile you want to update
Click "Personnel Details"
Scroll down to “Preferred Language”
Select the preferred language
Click Save
