"I can't login."

If you are not able to login to your Booxi account, it may be due to one of the following:

1- You are not on the correct region site; check your URL:

If you are logging in to the mobile application:

  • Select "Americas" for the North American hosting region.

  • Select "Europe" for the European hosting region.

2- You do not have a Booxi account. In order to login to Booxi, you must have been invited by a staff member:

3- Your username is incorrect. Verify that the username you are using is the one associated with your user access (see below):

4- Your password is incorrect.

If you've forgotten your password, reset your password using the forgot password option.

After 5 failed password attempts, the account will be locked for one hour. However, it is always possible to reset your password as explained above.

5- Booxi is experiencing technical difficulties.

  • To remain up-to-date, visit our status page and subscribe to be notified in real-time of any status changes.
