If your service is not displayed in the booking widget, it may be due to the following reason(s):

  1. Your service is offline.

    1. To change its status, go to the "Services" tab, then select the service.

  2. Your service's "Enable online booking" setting is disabled:

  3. [For Head office users] You have not yet added the service from the Head Office to the store(s).

    1. If you have a Head Office, the services you create there are not automatically added to your associated stores; to do so, you must assign the service to your target store(s). You can do this either from the "Services" tab (i.e. apply one service to multiple stores), or from the "My stores" tab (i.e. apply multiple services to one store).

  4. Your service does not meet the filter tag(s) you applied to the widget. For example, if you've applied the service tag filter "VIP" in the widget code, but your target service does not have this tag, it won't be shown in the widget.
