By default, Booxi enforces that client phone numbers are formatted according to your store's country. For example, if your store is located in France, client phone numbers must follow this format: "0X XX XX XX XX". As such, an error will be presented to you if the formatting does not match. For example:
However, it is possible for clients to submit phone numbers of countries/regions different from your store's.
To do so, you must use either of the following options:
The mobile number must be entered by adding the country code before the mobile number. For example, your store is located in France and the client's mobile number is for a French territory with a country code of +590 (either Saint Martin, Guadeloupe or Saint Barthélemy). By adding +590, the mobile number is allowed.
Alternatively, staff members can change the client's country (either from the client profile in the Clients tab or via the "Edit Client Details" window from the appointment creation panel). Doing so will allow a mobile number to be entered without the additional country code, as the accepted format will correspond to the selected country. See here for the list of supported countries.
