Edit an appointment

To edit an appointment, simply navigate to the Calendar tab, select the appointment, then make the changes.

You may edit all elements of the appointment.

Whenever you change the date or time of appointment, you'll be prompted to select 1 of 3 options:

  1. Request client confirmation: the client will be asked to confirm the change; the appointment will be listed as "Awaiting client's approval" until the client responds.

  2. Approve without client confirmation: the change will be made (without the client's confirmation); the client will be notified of the change.

  3. Do not send a message to the client: the change will be made (without the client's confirmation), and the client will NOT be notified. This can be useful if you've already approved the change with the client beforehand.

You can also quickly reschedule an appointment by dragging and dropping it to your desired time slot.

You can edit past appointments. When you do, no options will be presented to you; the change will be made and the client will not be notified.
