How to manage your Booxi subscription

How to access your subscription page

To view/edit your Booxi subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "My Business" tab > "Subscription & Billing" > "Review"

  2. Your subscription page page will open

*Note: if you do not see a "Subscription & Billing" tab in your account, contact a Booxi representative.

On your subscription page, you may perform the following actions:

  1. View your subscription details

  2. View/edit your account information

How to add/update a payment method

To add/update a payment method, follow these steps:

  1. Click "Payment Methods"

  2. Select an existing payment method you want to edit, or add one by clicking "Add new"


  3. Click "Edit payment method"

  4. If you are editing an existing payment method, make the necessary changes and click "Update. If you are adding a new payment method, fill all required fields, then click "Add".

How to access your Booxi billing history

  1. Click "Billing history"

  2. Every invoice is listed; select "Download" to view an invoice.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Select your plan

  2. Click “Cancel Subscription”

  3. Confirm the action: your subscription cancellation date will be shown.

Booxi recommends exporting your relevant data (e.g. appointments, clients, etc.) before your subscription ends; see here for info.
