How to merge client records

Merge client records to avoid client profile duplicates

If you've noticed that there are multiple instances of the same client profile, you can merge these into one to prevent confusion.

To merge client records, follow these steps:

  1. Search for duplicate client profiles by entering the common element among them: first name, last name, email address or phone number.

  2. Manually check the boxes associated with the client profiles you want to merge, starting with the profile you want the others to be merged into.

  3. Click on the Options icon, then select "Merge Clients"

  4. A form allowing you to review the merge result will be displayed.

  5. You can hover the icon at the top to review the list of selected client records that are about to be merged.

6. Update the details if needed, and when ready click "Merge".

The client profile that the others were merged into will contain the combined details and appointment history of all selected records, and the duplicate records will be marked as deleted and remove from your client list.
