How to copy/paste group events for a day or week
Updated over 2 weeks ago

You can create group events quickly using the copy and paste functionality. This is particularly useful if you want to create many group events at once.

Copy an entire day's worth of group events

  1. Right-click the date that contains the group events you want to copy. Click "Copy Day"

  2. Then, right-click the date that you want the events to be created on; click "Paste Day"

Copy an entire week's worth of group events

  1. Right-click any date in the week that contains the group events you want to copy, click "Copy Week"

  2. Then, navigate to the week you want the events to be created on; click on any date then click "Paste Week"

When pasting group events, you can choose to set a custom capacity, which will apply to all pasted events (*note: this will not affect the settings you initially configured in your Service Details).

If the day or week you copied contains busy or available time slots AND group events, you will be prompted to choose which elements to be included in the pasted data.

  • Check "Copy time slots" if you want the copied time slots to be included in the pasted data, and uncheck it if not.

  • Check "Copy group availability" if you want the copied group events to be included in the pasted data, and uncheck it if not.

  • Check "Replace all time slots" if you want the existing time slots to be replaced with the copied ones.

  • If you check neither, no time slots will be included in the pasted data and any existing time slots won't be affected.
