How to view group event reservation cancellations

To quickly view a group event's reservation cancellations, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Calendar tab, then navigate to the calendar of the personnel that's assigned to this event (or search for it using the search bar at the top of the page)

  2. Click the target event

  3. In the event window, click the Options icon shown below:

  4. Click "Show cancellations"

  5. All client cancellations will be marked in red, as shown below:

  • When a client cancels their reservation, all attendees linked to the reservation are removed. In this case, the attendees receive an email notifying them of the cancellation, except if the option "Do not send messages to attendees" is checked.

  • The staff member assigned to the event will be notified of any cancellations. If the cancellation is done within 24 hours of the event start time, an alert will also be displayed in the Calendar tab.
