Client reports

To export the client list, you must be the account owner or an administrator.

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Clients" tab .

  2. Click on the Options icon shown below:

  3. Select "Export the client list".

  4. Select criteria from the list (optional).

  5. Once complete, click "Export".

  6. In the window, select "Click here to download the exported clients".

  7. Open the downloaded CSV file.

The default export contains the following fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Home Phone

  • Mobile Phone

  • Email

  • Language

  • Status

  • Wants Newsletter (i.e. whether the client opted-in to your newsletter)

If you check "Include client metrics", the following fields will also be included:

  • Client Since (i.e. the date the client joined Booxi)

  • Total Appointment (s)

  • Total Appointment (s) Cancelled By Client

  • Missed Appointment (s)

Additional notes

  • If you checked "Last visit between {x} and {y} days", note that the report will only take into account the bookings that have been marked as "Client arrived".
