You can obtain all relevant appointment information by exporting appointment reports.

You must be an administrator to export appointment reports.

How to export

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Calendar" Tab

  2. Click the More options icon in the top right corner of the screen, then "Appointment Report"

  3. In the panel, specify what information you want to be included in the export:

    • Date range: choose the relevant date interval

    • Personnel: select a specific staff member or all

      • *Note: Deleted personnel will not be displayed in the list

    • Choose whether to exclude canceled appointments and/or no-shows

    • Choose whether to export the detailed report

      • See the below section for fields included in the detailed report

  4. Click “Export”.

  5. Once downloaded, you may open the document using any service that support CSV files.

Appointments assigned to deleted staffs will be displayed in the appointment report.

The appointment report contains the following columns:

  • Appt. ID

  • Membership Number*

  • Client Name

  • Client Email

  • Client Phone

  • Client Mobile

  • Client Birthdate*

  • Client Gender*

  • Client Language*

  • Client Postal Code*

  • Reminder*

  • Client Request*

  • Quick Note*

  • Location

  • Location Detail*

  • Street*

  • City*

  • Province or State*

  • Country*

  • Postal Code*

  • Address

  • Event Date

  • Event Time

  • Duration

  • Status

  • Booked By*

  • Booked Date*

  • Booked Time*

  • Last Modified By*

  • Last Modified Date*

  • Last Modified Time*

  • Subtotal

  • Tax 1

  • Tax 2

  • Total

  • Transaction Fee

  • Paid*

  • Balance*

  • Staff Name

  • Resource Name*

  • Service Name

  • Service Duration

  • Service Spacing

  • Pre Booking Question (depends on settings)

  • Pre Booking Answer (depends on settings)

  • Acquisition Channel*

Columns marked with an asterisk (*) are included in the detailed report.
