In Booxi, you can send your clients automated messages to remind them to book a new appointment after a certain amount of time has passed. This is useful for services that occur at regular intervals (e.g. haircut, manicure, eye exam, etc.)
How to activate appointment recall
In order to activate appointment recalls, follow these steps:
Go to "My Business" tab
Click "Booking Rules"
Enable the "Appointment Recall" setting
Choose when the reminder will be sent.
The value you set here will serve as your default delay. However, it is possible to set a custom delay for appointments you manually complete. Here's how it works:
when you complete an appointment, this window will appear.
Choose 1 of the 3 options:
Complete without reminder (no reminder will be sent)
Schedule a recall reminder
Book the next appointment now (no reminder will be sent)
If you choose to schedule a recall reminder, simply select the appropriate service and staff member, then set the delay.
You may also add an additional request.
Save your changes
Appointments completed automatically will follow the default delay.
