You can prevent specific clients from booking online. This can be useful if, for example, you want to bar certain clients because of consistent poor attendance or problematic behavior.
Blocked clients are not able to book online, but you can create bookings for them manually.
When attempting to book, blocked clients will see this message; they will be prompted to contact you directly to make the booking on their behalf (if you choose to do so).
To block a client, simply set their status to "Blocked" as shown below:
