The booking interval shown to clients when booking online is either based on the service's booking interval (see service booking rules) or the personnel's (see personnel booking rules).
Here are all the potential outcomes:
If your online personnel selection mode is set to “Personnel Selection”:
The booking interval will be based on the chosen personnel’s interval.
If your online personnel selection mode is set to “No Personnel Selection” and your time selection mode is set to “Ask client availability”:
No booking interval will be applied.
If your online personnel selection mode is set to “No Personnel Selection” and your time selection mode is set to “Display time slots without availability check”, “Display time slots with auto-dispatch” or “Display time slots with auto-dispatch (resource)”:
If there is only 1 personnel assigned to the service, the booking interval will be based on the personnel’s interval.
If there is more than 1 personnel assigned to the service, the booking interval will be based on the service’s interval.
If your online personnel selection mode is set to “No Preference + Personnel Selection”, the outcome will depend on what the client chooses during online booking:
If the client chooses "No preference", refer to # 2 or 3 (depending on your time selection mode).
If the client chooses a specific staff member, refer to #1.
If a resource is assigned to your service, all the same rules apply except for case 3A, where the booking interval will be based on the service's interval instead of the personnel's.
