When you create centralized services you can also choose how much each store can edit about those services.
For this you have 3 options that you will find in the service details of each service :
Store can edit : this includes editing all the service details
Store cannot edit : the store will not be able to change any setting of the service
Store can edit with limitations : this includes all the settings EXCEPT the service name, category, description, survey and the ability to delete the service
