You’ll notice that business and service booking rules have many of the same settings; this is intended. To understand how they interact, see here.
Here are all the service booking rules (to access, go to the "Services" tab > {select a service} > Booking rules).
Enable Online Booking
Choose whether to allow your clients to book this service online:
If enabled, the service will be available for clients to book online (i.e. on your booking page and/or through the booking widget on your website).
If disabled, the service will not be available for clients to book online. However, you can still manually create bookings for this service in the Calendar tab.
Show Availability Online
Choose whether the time slots shown to clients when booking online will take into account personnel availability. If disabled, when booking online clients will be prompted to submit up to 5 availability slots within your business open hours.
This setting exists both in the service booking rules and the personnel booking rules. It’s worth noting that the service booking rule setting controls the application of the same setting at the personnel level. In other words, if this setting is disabled at the service level, it will cause the setting at the personnel level to be disabled too.
Online Personnel Selection
*Note: this setting does not apply to services of type "Group reservation".
Choose whether clients will be allowed to select specific staff members when booking appointments online; see here for more info.
Options include:

Determine how clients will pick a time when booking appointments online when there is no personnel selected; see here for more info.

Booking Interval
Determine the time interval between available time slots displayed to clients when booking online. To optimize availability, we suggest setting the booking interval of your services to the shortest service duration amongst your offered services.
See below for an example of a 15 minute booking interval:
*Note: if the service's "Online personnel selection" mode is set to "Personnel selection, the personnel's booking interval will apply, not the service's.
Enable additional reminder
Choose whether to send an additional reminder to the client before their booking time.

Disable: clients will not be able to cancel or change their bookings
Enable Modify: clients will be able to change their bookings
