While services come with a default pricing and duration, Booxi provides the ability to customize these values for each member of staff. This can be useful if your staff members have different levels of experience and/or skill.
To do so, follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Personnel" tab.
Select a staff member, then click "Assigned Services".
Click the pencil icon on a service of your choice.
Set a new duration and/or pricing (customized values will appear in bold).
Click "Save".
Pricing customization will only be applied when the client selects a specific staff member during online booking. In other words, it won't be applied to services whose online personnel selection mode is set to "No Personnel Selection" or "No Preference + Personnel Selection" (i.e. if the client selects "No Preference").
