Watch this video tutorial to get acquainted with the Booxi Back Office.

The Back Office is the main platform where all the core business functions are performed; it is what you will be using most often (unless you are a Head Office user).

The Back Office can be used on desktop, mobile or tablet.

*Note: Back Office functionality is limited on mobile and tablet.

  • Clients

  • Personnel

  • My Business

Calendar

This tab contains your bookings and time slots.

In this tab, you can:

This tab contains a list of your clients and their information.

This tab contains a list of staff members and their information.

This tab contains a list of your services and their information.

In this tab, you can:

This tab contains a list of your resources and their information.

In this tab, you can:

  • Assign resource(s) to service(s) so they can be used

  • Manage resource availability

  • Configure resource booking rules

Invoices & Receipts

This tab contains your invoices (paid/unpaid, drafts) and receipts.

My Business

This tab contains your business’ information and settings.

In this tab, you can:

Alerts

Access Booxi alerts (in-app notifications that inform you of specific events that you need to be aware of or that require your action (e.g. appointment confirmation)).
