In Booxi, you can customize the thank you messages sent to your clients.
First, ensure that the "Enable automated thank you message" setting is enabled. To do so, go to "My Business" tab > Booking Rules > "Enable automated thank you message".
You can insert links and/or insert custom variables.
To insert a link, simply click the button shown below:
Some ideas for links to include in your thank you messages:
Feedback survey (external survey).
Review page (i.e. ask your clients to submit a review).
Facebook page (i.e. ask your clients to like and/or comment on your page).
To insert custom variables, simply click the button shown below:
The list of custom variables will appear; select any number.
Some ideas for text customization:
Include the first name of your client to make the message more personal.
Include the first and/or last name of the staff member who provided the service.
Example:
"Thank you for your visit [client_firstname]!
[staff_firstname] was happy to serve you.
We hope to see you again soon.
[biz_name]"
Thank you messages are sent to your clients via email unless the client has no associated email address, in which case the messages are sent via SMS. Thank you messages sent via SMS do not follow your customization settings; instead, a generic message is sent.
Thank you messages are not sent between 10pm and 6am.
