Payments are not processed in Booxi; therefore, no refunds are possible in Booxi.
However, you can generate a refund invoice by entering -1 in the sale quantity field when creating an invoice from the "Invoices & Receipts" tab.
If you are using Square or Stripe to capture payments, you can process the refund from your account dashboard or from the appropriate terminal.
