This is an add-on feature; to activate, contact your Booxi representative.
Busy time slots are blocks of time during which staff members are unable to offer services. Normally, they are used to designate general unavailability (ex: time off), but can also be used to designate specific instances of or reasons for unavailability. This is done by applying labels to time slots.
Example labels include:
Training
Lunch
Time off
Personal appointment
Admin work
etc.
How to Activate and Configure the Labels
This feature must be activated and configured by us (Booxi). To do so, contact your Booxi representative, making sure to provide a list of labels. For practical purposes, we recommend limiting the number of labels to 10.
Notes and limitations
The booking API does not currently support the assignment of labels.
Labels are currently available in a single language.
Since no translations are supported, the same label will be used whatever the Back Office language is.
How it works
Once the label feature is activated, you will be required to select a label whenever you add a new time slot.
When creating a busy time slot, simply select a label from the list:
The label will be displayed in the description of the busy time slot, as shown below:
Reporting
You may generate reports containing time slot data. Contact your Booxi representative for more info.
