Booxi

To access your business profile, go to the "My Business" tab. Your business profile contains the following sections: 

1. Profile &amp; cover picture
2. Business details
3. Open Business hours
4. Booking rules
5. Integration module(s)
    

Your business profile includes a profile and cover picture. Both visuals are displayed on your <a href="https://help.booxi.com/en/articles/1238939-how-to-find-your-booxi-page-url">Booxi booking page</a> and booking widget.

Click the camera icon at the bottom right corner of the picture you want to edit.

Click "Upload a photo" to upload a picture from your computer or tablet OR "Reset to default" remove the picture.

3. When complete, click "Save"

- Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF
- Maximum file size: 16Mb
- Maximum dimensions: 1600 pixels (width and height)

4. Booking Filter Tags (if applicable)
 1. This is relevant for the booking widget configuration; for more info, speak to your Booxi representative.
5. Business Address; you can choose to show or hide this on your Booxi Booking page and Booking widget
6. Taxes (if applicable)
7. Description; this will be displayed in the "About us" section on your booking page
8. Customize Legal Terms Web Link; enter a custom URL if you do not want to use Booxi's default legal terms
9. Customize Privacy Policy Web Link; enter a custom URL if you do not want to use Booxi's default privacy policy ​

1. Click "Business Details"
2. Enter the following information:
 1. Business name
 2. Contact first name and last name (not visible to clients)
 3. Business phone number; you can choose to show or hide this on your Booxi Booking page)
 4. Booking Filter Tags (if applicable)
 1. This is relevant for the booking widget configuration; for more info, speak to your Booxi representative.
 5. Business Address; you can choose to show or hide this on your Booxi Booking page and Booking widget
 6. Taxes (if applicable)
 7. Description; this will be displayed in the "About us" section on your booking page
 8. Customize Legal Terms Web Link; enter a custom URL if you do not want to use Booxi's default legal terms
 9. Customize Privacy Policy Web Link; enter a custom URL if you do not want to use Booxi's default privacy policy ​

3. Once complete, click "Save".

- Booxi site – This is the Booxi-generated website that can be used by your clients to book services. You may copy and paste this URL into a social post, or any marketing material. Make sure your business is set to "Available online" to make it available.

- API Key – this is a series of letters and numbers that you will need to <a href="https://help.booxi.com/en/articles/791351-add-booxi-s-booking-widget-to-your-website">implement the booking widget into your website</a> or directory.
