Prerequisites

To transfer the ownership of an account to a different profile, the new owner must fulfill the following requirements:

To transfer the account ownership, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Personnel" tab.

  2. Select the staff member you wish to transfer the ownership to.

  3. Click the Options menu.

  4. Select "Transfer Account Ownership".

  5. Click "Confirm".

By transferring the account ownership, the new account owner will become its de facto administrator and will be granted administrator rights.
