Potential cause: outdated domain

If your Lightspeed integration is not working, it may be because the Lightspeed domain in Booxi is outdated.

To update your Lightspeed domain in Booxi, follow these steps:

  1. Obtain your Lightspeed domain from the Lightspeed Retail connection page

  2. Copy the link (up to the '.com')

    1. Example: "id.lightspeedapp.com"

  3. Connect to your Booxi account

  4. Go to "My Business" tab > Integration modules

  5. Under Lightspeed Retail, click on the setup button

  6. Enter your copied URL into the "Lightspeed Domain" field

  7. Save
