If your Lightspeed integration is not working, it may be because the Lightspeed domain in Booxi is outdated.
To update your Lightspeed domain in Booxi, follow these steps:
Obtain your Lightspeed domain from the Lightspeed Retail connection page
Copy the link (up to the '.com')
Example: "id.lightspeedapp.com"
Connect to your Booxi account
Go to "My Business" tab > Integration modules
Under Lightspeed Retail, click on the setup button
Enter your copied URL into the "Lightspeed Domain" field
Save
